DETACHMENT OF NEW JERSEY

MENTORING COMMITTEE

These presentations below are free to all attendees.

On Saturday November, 18th 2017 from 9 am to 1 pm, the Mentoring Committee will be having it's second presentation at The American Legion Post - 166, located at 1256 River Avenue (State Route 9), Lakewood, New Jersey. All SAL and Legion members are invited to attend. There will be coffee and donuts staring at 9 am and a light lunch after the presentation.

We will be looking forward to meeting future leadership from our "Blue Cap" membership, as we work as a "Team". We will be mentoring these members to becoming better leaders.

Remember that we as Sons of The American Legion are here for our Veterans and to help them when needed or called upon to do so. Our eligibility for membership to the Sons of the American Legion is from our parents, who have served this great nation and allows us as their Sons to help them and all our veterans as much as we can.

If you are interested to be on one of the many Detachment Committees, please contact our Detachment Officers, Committee Chairmen or Past Detachment Commanders and they can help you to be a on one of our many committeesYour input on any of these committees can make a difference.
