I have been appointed the Chairman of the Finance Committee for the 2016-2017 by Commander Bascou and SAL Chairman Norm Marlin. Payment Vouchers can be submitted to me at 11 Heritage Rd. Marlton, N.J. 08053.

 

All receipts must be submitted with in 10 days of an event. Please cash or distribute checks in a timely manner so they are not outstanding for a long period of time. Please allow adequate time for the checks to be processed at the Department. Plan accordingly.

 

A budget meeting was held on March 28, where changes to the budget for 2017-2018 were recommended. The budget will be presented at the April Detachment meeting. If Approved there, it will be presented at the Detachment Convention in Wildwood for the final approval. From there it will be sent to the Legion Finance Committee.

 

All vouchers for the 2016-2017 year must be submitted by July 31st. Anything after that will be part of the 2017-2018 budget. Please submit all vouchers on time.
